I have recognized this morning even beautiful pensioner with his dog today who gave me a green light about MKultra

Have made a mistake about his profession, but I even remembered his walking trail from MKULTRA in the local forest (he disappeared in the forest, but memory kicked in about his regular trail, so I waited him at the end of his trial;)... video and much more coming on this subject.

Daughter of a pensioner was diagnosed as schisophrenic, and works near Grotiniki in office which deals with people who are experiencing immotional difficulties (Chechen people were mentioned). This is also how we got to know one another. The pensioner is the second person (first one was Mr. Marcin Rau) who agreed (as seeing one).

Individual whom I have met under MKultra and is a great friend of female doctor there have posed for me, but denied knowing me in my face(I wouldn't back down from my claim do as individual was 100% involve in MKultra just as the female physician)...I asked him about MKultra details almost infront of her(was told under MKultra two versions - one that I would be observed/monitored by her alone and security personnel to se just how assertive I am with my claims in public when questioning people which could brought me a load of problems, but then on how I have to ask her afterwords as well about MKultra procedure so they would understand that I know whole thing). I did not proceed with asking her about details, but I am making a public claim that she was involved just as this man(both are team) and will absolutely return when the time is right to get recognition from her as well.

My android's screen got broken the day before yesterday by my roomate. Most Poles want permanent US military presence: defence ministry

And what have Putan Putanowich managed to accomplish for Russia in the end !!????

Less than nothing...I was asked bye top Eastern European politicians(Slovenian, Polish and so on) about issues concerning investments into Serbia and Russia almost 18 years ago and my answer is still the same, "DO NOT INVEST IN THEM FOR THE PRICE OF YOUR OWN BECAUSE 60+ YEARS OLD MISTAKE WILL REPEAT" !!!

And most likely will repeat now as the result of such mistakes...why does it matter more to politicians on what nation gets the money(West gave one to Russia in form of technology and oil purchases and so on while Slovenian taxpayers were ripped of about 40 billion USD, so Serbia could rebuilt disaster to which we witness again today - NATO stopped one in war against our nations just so we could have again same safety and economy problems 20 years down the road to which we witness today) vs what nation could do with money(produce money and help other nations rather than to favor nation as nation) also for other nations !!???? I mention this as am asked why Yugoslavia have fallen apart and so on...we have about the same problem when considering Poland and Russia and so on..no !!?????

Poland could help build democratic Russia and economically self sufficient Russia, but the opposite way was and is proven impossible.

More than half of Poles support government efforts to ensure a permanent US military presence in the country, the Polish defence ministry has said, citing poll findings.

Fifty-five percent of respondents answered in the affirmative when asked if they were in favour of a permanent US military base being set up in Poland, the defence ministry said, citing a survey by pollster Kantar Polska.

Twenty-seven percent opposed the plan, while 18 percent were undecided, the ministry said the poll found.

The study was carried out by from October 12 to 17 on a representative sample of 1,067 adult respondents using the computer-assisted personal interviewing (CAPI) method, according to the Polish defence ministry.

'Fort Trump'

Defence Minister Mariusz Błaszczak told public broadcaster TVP Info on Saturday that the Polish government was making every effort to bring about the establishment of a permanent US army base in the country, a plan dubbed “Fort Trump” and aiming to enhance Poland’s security.

Błaszczak was on Sunday scheduled to fly to the United States for talks the next day with officials including President Donald Trump’s National Security Adviser John Bolton about strengthening bilateral cooperation and the plan for a permanent US military base in Poland.

Polish Foreign Minister Jacek Czaputowicz told NATO chief Jens Stoltenberg on Monday that a strengthened US military presence in Poland would help "strengthen the security of our country, of the entire region and of the entire North Atlantic Alliance."

Czaputowicz said at a conference in Warsaw on Wednesday that a US military presence was essential to ensuring security in Europe.

Decision next year?

Polish President Andrzej Duda suggested in a media interview this month that a possible new permanent US military base in Poland could effectively be a done deal.

Poland already hosts US troops on a rotating basis as part of NATO, and the Polish section of a US missile defence shield over Europe is being built by the Americans at Redzikowo in the north of the country.

Senior Polish parliamentarian Adam Bielan said last month that a decision on a possible new permanent US troop presence in Poland was likely to be made next year.

Błażej Spychalski, a spokesman for Polish President Andrzej Duda, said at the end of September that Warsaw wanted to spend about USD 2 billion to build infrastructure for American soldiers in Poland, including “housing, as well as educational and medical facilities.”

The prime ministers of Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia in June welcomed the idea of a permanent US military base being established in Poland, public broadcaster Polish Radio reported at the time.

Amid fears of Russian aggression following Moscow's annexation of the Crimea region of Ukraine in 2014, NATO decided at a Warsaw summit in July 2016 to deploy four rotating multinational battalions to Poland and the three Baltic states.

A Crimean dissident sentenced to 20 years in Russian prison has been awarded the European parliament’s prestigious Sakharov prize in a sharp criticism of Russia’s human rights record likely to provoke anger from the Kremlin.

Oleg Sentsov, a Ukrainian film-maker vocally opposed to Russia’s 2014 annexation of Crimea, was convicted on terrorism charges in 2015 and sentenced to two decades in prison.

He held a 145-day hunger strike earlier this year to oppose his imprisonment in a penal colony in Russia’s far north and Moscow’s refusal to extradite him to his native Ukraine.

The award is the first to a recipient from the former Soviet Union in nearly a decade.

Prosecutors said Sentsov had plotted to blow up a Lenin statue and set fire to the offices of two Russian organisations in the city of Simferopol shortly after Crimea was annexed. Critics say the charges against Sentsov were invented and that he is a political prisoner.

Previous winners of the Sakharov award include Nelson Mandela, Alexander Dubček, Aung San Suu Kyi and Malala Yousafzai, the Pakistani campaigner for female education who barely survived a Taliban assassination attempt.

Supporters say they hope the award will increase pressure on Russia to release Sentsov, whom doctors said came close to death during his hunger strike.

“Through his courage and determination, by putting his life in danger, the film-maker Oleg Sentsov has become a symbol of the struggle for the release of political prisoners held in Russia and around the world,” the European parliament president, Antonio Tajani, said during a plenary session in Strasbourg.

“By awarding him the Sakharov prize, the European parliament is expressing its solidarity with him and his cause,” he said.

Tajani also called for Sentsov’s release. Vladimir Putin had rebuffed a similar plea from Sentsov’s mother, calling him a terrorist and saying the request would have to come from the film director himself. Sentsov has refused.

The decision by the European parliament, which has awarded the Sakharov prize annually since 1988, comes at one of the most tense moments in Russia’s relationship with Europe in decades. Moscow has vocally considered leaving European human rights bodies over allegations of bias, including the Council of Europe.

Dushutin, who says he lost his business in Russia because of illegal seizures of his assets and the Russian Defense Ministry's involvement, has become known in Ukraine after he revealed ties between the Russian special services and Ukrainian businessman Tymofiy Nahorniy and two other individuals, Radio Svoboda's Ukrainian service has reported.

Dushutin is now residing in Canada, earning his living by arranging trips of European entertainers and athletes there. This was the subject he wanted to talk about in Kyiv with Nahorniy. But the latter, according to Dushutin, offered him cooperation with the FSB and "assistance for money."

Dushutin's report to the SBU Security Service of Ukraine triggered a notorious "spy investigation." Russia launches controversial floating nuclear power plant


Russia has launched a controversial floating nuclear power plant to supply far-flung Arctic outposts with energy. 

The Akademik Lomonosov vessel left its shipyard in St Petersburg on Saturday for its maiden voyage. It is due to sail across the Baltic and Norweigian Seas to the Russian naval port of Murmansk, the Interfax news agency reported. 

The power plant's two reactors are then due to be equipped with nuclear fuel, state news agency TASS quoted Pavel Ipatow from plant operator Rosenergoatom as saying. 

In the summer of 2019, Academik Lomonosov is due to sail from Murmansk to the Arctic Sea to supply electricity and heat to Russian outposts and desalinate seawater. The power plant can supply about
200,000 people with electricity. The destination port is Pewek in Siberia.

The project has been criticized for its risks by environmentalists. Greenpeace recently warned that there was a danger of a "Chernobyl on ice," referencing the 1986 nuclear disaster at the Chernobyl reactor in Soviet-controlled Ukraine that prompted a mass evacuation and left swathes of Ukraine and neighbouring Belarus uninhabitable.

Russia wants to secure the rich deposits of oil and gas that are believed to be in the region around the North Pole. Due to climate-induced melting of ice, new ship routes are opening up in Russia's north. Moscow is as a result strengthening its military presence in the region.

Russia will target European countries if they host U.S. nuclear missiles: Putin

MOSCOW (Reuters) - President Vladimir Putin said on Wednesday that Russia would be forced to target any European countries that agreed to host U.S. nuclear missiles following Washington’s withdrawal from a landmark Cold war-era arms control treaty.

Speaking at a news conference after holding talks with Italian Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte, Putin said he wanted to discuss what he called dangerous U.S. plans to leave the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces (INF) Treaty with U.S. President Donald Trump.

The two leaders are expected to hold talks in Paris on Nov. 11.

Russia has called Trump’s decision to quit the 1987 treaty, which eliminated both countries’ land-based short- and intermediate-range ballistic missiles from Europe, dangerous. Trump has accused Russia of violating the treaty, something Moscow denies. It says Washington is the one violating it.

U.S. National Security Advisor John Bolton told Putin on Tuesday that Washington would press ahead with plans to quit the pact despite objections from Russia and some European countries.

Putin told reporters on Wednesday that Russia would have to respond in kind and would do so swiftly if the United States quit the pact.

“Answering your question directly, can we respond,” Putin said, when asked what Russia would do if Trump made good on his pledge to leave the treaty. “We can, and it will be very fast and very effective,” he said.

“If the United States does withdraw from the INF treaty, the main question is what they will do with these (intermediate-range) missiles that will once again appear.

“If they will deliver them to Europe, naturally our response will have to mirror this, and European countries that agree to host them, if things go that far, must understand that they are putting their own territory at risk of a possible counter-strike.”

LOOMING ARMS RACE

Putin said he did not understand why it was necessary to put Europe in such danger, saying it was a situation that Russia itself wanted to avoid if possible.

NATO’s top official on Wednesday blamed Russia for breaching the treaty, but said he did not believe the Russian threat would lead to new deployments of U.S. missiles in Europe.

Russia has the option of deploying intermediate-range missiles in its European exclave of Kaliningrad on the Baltic Sea, a move that would put a swath of Europe in range.

Putin said he feared the world might be about to slip into an arms race, saying the fate of another U.S.-Russian arms control treaty - the new START pact - which governs strategic nuclear missile launchers and is due to expire in 2021, was also unclear.

“If all this is dismantled, then nothing will be left when it comes to limiting the increase in arms,” said Putin. “And then the situation will be, in my view, extremely dangerous. All that will be left is an arms race.”

Several people claiming to be Russian citizens have been detained in the United States, a spokesman for the Russian consulate in New York told Sputnik.

"We received an official notification from the FBI that it detained people who said they were Russian citizens. This information is being verified," Alexey Topolsky said late on Wednesday.

A fifth man, Maxim Suverin, was arrested on July 30 in Boston, Massachusetts, and is being held in New York.

Previously, the Justice Department spokesperson Nicole Navas Oxman told Sputnik that the arrests of Russian nationals in the US state of California were related to a multimillion-dollar fake advertisement scheme for cars.

Not likely to happen, but just about anything is possible here.
