While totally useless downstairs(doesn't show direction from where radiation is coming, but would help to know in this case if from upstairs or downstaris - thats why gone), it could help up here...too late its gone now, but everything(all areas and my backpacks) was video recorded in case someone decides ti again come up with total stupidity as the case was the other day with keys...what went missing also was cable from oldest laptop(needed one today as brand new and newer laptop can't even create bootable win 7 dvd). Two hours ago as I searched lower ground area for one, nothing was there...and as I start to video record my room and then lower area due to above mentioned item, cable appeared back in lower ground area room from where I moved 6/7 days ago...interesting was also fact that all the doors in rear of the house where room is were unlocked(at almost 3am house was totally unlocked).

First cable(orig. charger) for this laptop was destroyed 6 months ago...situation led me into purchasing second adapter which cord was cut of by knife...now cable from third charger disappered and appeared again back..nice ;)

In a house with over 150 meters(2) on each floor(about 400/450 square meters of interior house area), its a bit bad play for me to identify with ground floor cameras only on who the third party tenant is in this very house....and without physical access to attic area(for over year already) and with no coverage on first floor where am now located, it is impossible to know what is happening in the house(they turn also cameras off as pleased via remote controller or some other device)...

And as I was on my way to local bank today and wanted to ensure that someone wouldn't plant me key in here during my absence, I have video recorded entire room prior to leaving...

 As I almost finished recording already(only backpack was left for me to video record - already was checked several times yesterday and today), I came across the key(with USB attached to it where important information was stored) which was placed into the main front pocket of the backpack(its where normally I would store the key, and certainly was the place which I checked not once, but instead several times just as any normal person would first).

4 ROOM KEYS ARE STILL MISSING...

On that usb key attached to this very key, video information was stored about the night when I moved from downstairs upstairs and was microwaved(information might have been edited now as a result) upstairs as well....mother was already up washing floor(incl. area under my room) that morning at 07:00(probably even 6:30 or 6:00 hours am) which never ever happened before(she gets up at about 7:30/8:00 am)...

This is a total laughter(scorn) into my face and is done to me more by local police than anyone else.

POLICE TOTALLY FAILED TO ASSIST ME IN ANY WAY.

What was the idea behind all these...

Idea was to scatter my mind all over the place by microwaving me, performing acoustic torture on me, use MKULTRA threats, and cause total destruction of personal property inside of this very house(from where even keys from my room disappeared) , so I could be rated as self-destroying paranoid...perhaps to intimidate me to the point that I would even keep silent about it...no such thing here. My memory operates excellent and I very am sober(extremely well calculated - with the accuracy of zero error in whatever is that I perform)...picking up belongings in backpacks each time I showered or even used a toilet, walking to city and back with them didn't result in anything else than good and much-needed physical exercise(they suggested me under MKULTRA on how I will carry with me all this stuff and all for nothing as in the end I will be destroyed anyways hahaha...hahaha because I need exercise, so more I carry on my back better am off ;).

HERE IS WHERE KEY WAS PLACED BACK TODAY - TOTALLY BIZZARE(designed to frustrate which am not even the slightest bit - my memory and rest are functioning remarkably well - have lost exactly zero self-confidence - nothing as they procrastinated the case would be - two days of sleep without microwawing did very very good to me).

This is where the key was placed...I checked one(just as anyone else would) three times yesterday and this morning as I searched for one to deseperately lock room this morning...obviously this would be the first place where I would check or anyone else for that matter...doing stuff like this is basically calling me mentally retarded and I have already indicated that I prefer to have limbs cut off vs being labeled(branded like animal) as insane...scenario is STRAIGHT FROM BOOK OF PSYCHIATRISTS who are now even desperately trying to save their asses(no longer cover up for Putan Pputanowich only, but their own asses as there is nowhere they can continue to run with it) !!!

Montenegro to expel Russian diplomat, withdraw consent to honorary consul’s work

BELGRADE, March 28. /TASS/. Montenegro’s government will expel one Russian diplomat and withdraw its consent to the activities of Russia’s honorary consul in the country, the Cabinet said in a statement.

"The Montenegrin government has decided to declare a diplomatic agent accredited at the Russian Embassy persona non grata and withdraw its consent to the activities of Russia’s Honorary Consul in Montenegro," the statement reads.


It also noted that the expelled diplomat would have to leave the country within seven days.

According to the statement, Montenegro made this decision in coordination with its allies and in accordance with the measures taken by the EU and NATO member-countries over the nerve gas attack in the UK.

The decision was made despite the opposition’s statements, which warned against such moves. On Tuesday, the Democratic Front called on the government to "try to preserve the country’s honor and dignity and refrain from expelling Russian diplomats."

One of the activists who went to the mortuary said that what they witnessed had been consistent with the official account of the casualties.

Ethics commission says harassment charges against MP were part of election-related campaign

The Russian lower house ethics commission has refused to take disciplinary measures against MP Leonid Slutsky, noting that charges of harassment made against him by several women appeared to be part of a pre-planned campaign.

“The commission has not found any dysfunction of behavioral norms in Mr Slutsky,” Head of the Commission Otari Arshba told reporters on Wednesday, after the body’s special session behind closed doors.

The probe was launched after several female journalists accused Slutsky of sexually harassing them. Many of the described incidents took place in Slutsky’s office in the State Duma.

“The claimants voiced their accusations almost simultaneously, when the Russian presidential elections were underway but a significant period of time (between one and three years) after the alleged incidents. This combination of studied facts [suggests] that those who made accusations acted selectively, targeted a precise person, and pre-planned their actions,” read the commission’s conclusion, as quoted TASS.

These were Daria Zhuk of the Russian TV Dozhd and Farida Rustamova of the BBC Russian Service. MP Leonid Slutsky also came to the meeting, but he was 45 minutes late and his opponents had already left when he arrived.


Meeting the press after the session, Slutsky declined to comment but expressed hope that the commission had put “a constructive full stop in the case.”

Slutsky sits in parliament on the ticket of the nationalist-populist opposition party LDPR and chairs the Lower House Committee for Foreign Affairs.

The scandal surrounding involving him began in mid-February, when Dozhd TV station quoted three unnamed female journalists as saying that they had allegedly become victims of harassment from Slutsky. Initially, the lawmaker dismissed the reports as a smear campaign, and urged his accusers to speak openly and to present proof. After this, Deputy Chief Editor of the US-based Russian language television RTVI, Yekaterina Kotrikadze, repeated the accusation in a live televised address, and Dozhd producer Darya Zhuk also openly stated that she had allegedly suffered from Slutsky’s sexual harassment. Almost at the same time, Farida Rustamova from the BBC Russian Service joined the accusations and claimed that she had records of their conversation with Slutsky, in which she was allegedly sexually harassed.


Slutsky continued to deny all allegations, but on March 8, International Women’s Day, he posted an address on his Facebook page, in which he said he wanted “to ask forgiveness from those of you whose feelings I hurt in some way. Believe me, it was not done out of malice.”
