Poland proposes to allocate up to $2 billion for the establishment of a permanent US military base in the country.
About it reports Polish portal Onet with reference to the documents of the Ministry of defense of Poland.
“This proposal outlines a clear and urgent need for a permanent military division of the United States in Poland, the obligation of Poland to provide significant support, which could reach $1.5-2 billion, through the creation of joint military facilities and provide more flexible movement of forces of the USA”,— stated in the documents.
The materials contain detailed information about the Polish-American negotiations, including the financial proposal. The document also provides information about the possible location of military facilities and hospitals as well as schools, sports halls for the troops and their families. It is noted that the Polish authorities want to “share the burden of defense spending, to make the solution more cost-effective for the U.S. government to allay the fears of the Congress about any such investments.”
The Polish defense Ministry, the document’s authenticity confirmed and reported that proposals have been sent to the administration and the U.S. Congress. The need for permanent presence of US troops in Poland and discusses the need to contain “growing threat from Russia”.

As a result, Crimean Tatars very quickly became a minority people."

Russian journalist Babchenko alive, says his faked ‘murder’ was sting to catch would-be killers (VIDEO)
Arkady Babchenko, a Russian journalist who was reportedly killed in Kyiv on May 29 and widely mourned, stood up alive at the office of Ukraine’s State Security Service on May 30, claiming his death was faked in a special operation to capture the actual killer.
Babchenko thanked the security services of Ukraine and asked his friends and his wife, who was also unaware of the operation, to forgive him for the suffering they had to endure thinking that he had been dead.
“I want to say sorry for what you felt. I had to bury my friends and colleagues many times,” Babchenko told the journalists present at the televised briefing at the SBU office.
Babchenko is a famous Russian journalist and a critic of the regime of Russian President Vladimir Putin. Babchenko had to leave Russia due to threats in February 2017. He lived in Prague for several months before settling in Kyiv in August.
According to the SBU, the Russian special services ordered the murder of Babchenko and paid an unnamed Ukrainian citizen, $40,000 to organize the murder. He searched for a killer to perform the murder among the Ukrainian veterans of the war in Donbas. According to the SBU, he eventually hired a man, paying him $30,000 for the murder, but the SBU learned about the operation, recruited the hired “killer” as a double agent and stage the murder in order to arrest the organizer.
The Ukrainian organizer was detained following the staged murder. According to the SBU, he was going to organize killings of 30 Russian citizens in Ukraine on Russian special services’ order, with Babchenko being the first one.

IN 2012, HE CAME TO INTRUDE UNANNOUNCED IN HOME INTO MY WORK AREA ON WHAT ONCE VIDEO RECORDED, HE BEGUN TO RUN OUT OF THE HOUSE...NEXT DAY POLICE ARRIVED WITH MEDICS TO VIOLENTLY TRANSPORT ME TO PSYCHIATRIC WARD LJUBLJANA POLJE WHERE TORTURED ALMOST TO DEATH FOR NO LESS THAN 12 MONTHS. VESNA ŠVAB WORKS IN HIS LOCAL NOVO MESTO'S PSYCHIATRY DEPARTMENT.
5 hours of work more and then am out again ;)
What went on entire time is impossible to tell(last 9 years, I lived for work only). I have reduced exercise enormously and got done what nobody could even dram possibly could be done. Last 8 months was difficult in particular, but still everything was done. It did marked me with total lack of exercise do and am now making up for lost time in forests/snow...nature didn't appeal to me as much as one appeals this spring/summer in a very long time...it is beautiful around here(green/river already 15 °C and is as such great for swimming/beautiful forests and hills)...
Preparing for meeting with police tomorrow and thats about it...come and visit Slovenia for hollydays(not a same gesture for elites - pay what you owe first and then goof around !!!)...
Main reason why I was immobile this winter http://ausertimes.blogspot.si/2018/05/sent-to-police-department-in.html (when you go for a short walk and whole skin fells of your foot is not any fun - even less when sleep is replaced on daily bases with pain that would make one scream).

Changed room last night
And blood pressure came to exactly zero(on normal level).
This, after I had one 24/7 for months.
Notorious psychiatric hospital Ljubljana Polje(changed name into "University clinic" to full public) where they tortured me also burned documents about victims of political oppression in Slovenia
Story goes back to 2007, but nothing really changed - only worsened as you see.
Looks like Ljubljana/Belgrade/Moscow gestapo have lots of problems on their backs...they torture and murder people in there due to political(its just extermination process no different from the
Name Vesna Švab appears again which according to Slovenian national media RTV Slovenia, realized that no less than 97 files disappeared...
Question is how did she realized all those files disappeared - if you get me...

Izredni nadzor na psihiatriji
Na Psihiatrični kliniki Ljubljana so uvedli izredni strokovni nadzor, da bi preverili obstoj dokumentov o političnih procesih.
Gre za dokumente, ki jih je RTV-ju izročil Zmago Jelinčič, pred sežigom pa jih je rešil uslužbenec psihiatrične bolnišnice. Direktor Psihiatrične klinike Miroslav Končina je sicer dejal, da po njegovem mnenju dokumentov, ki bi pričali o vpletenosti psihiatrov v Nagodetov proces, na kliniki nimajo. Dodal je še, da tudi, če bi kateri od psihiatrov kot sodni izvedenec sodeloval v procesu, mnenje, ki bi ga izdelal, ne bi bilo dokumentacija klinike, temveč zdravnika samega, torej ga v arhivih ne bi moglo biti. Jelinčič sicer zanika trditve, da naj bi mu dokumente posredoval odpuščeni psihiater Mladen Vrabič, zato njegov vir še ni znan. Tudi sam Vrabič je dejal, da ni odtujil nikakršnih dokumentov.

Jelinčič psihiatrični kliniki sicer očita uničevanje dokumentov. Končina je v zvezi s tem dejal, da so se, kar se tiče hranjenja dokumentacije, znašli v "sivi luknji", saj jim po drugi strani informacijska pooblaščenka Nataša Pirc Musar očita, da niso uničevali dokumentov, starejših od deset let, kar naj bi bilo protipravno. Celotno dogajanje zadnjih dni je sicer direktor označil kot "šikaniranje in neupravičen napad na kliniko".
Drži pa, da je predstojnica oddelka za klinično psihiatrijo Vesna Švab Miroslava Končino lani obvestila, da manjka 97 spisov pacientov, zaradi česar so tudi ovadili do zdaj neimenovano osebo. Niti Končina niti Švabova pa ne vesta, ali so bili med domnevno izginulimi dokumenti tudi spisi, povezani s povojnimi političnimi procesi.
Musarjeva bo opravila nadzor na kliniki
Na izjave Končine se je odzvala tudi informacijska pooblaščenka Nataša Pirc Musar in povedala, da je Končina "narobe razumel njeno razlago zakona o postopkih z dokumentacijo o pacientih". Zakon po njenem jasno določa, da je potrebno dokumentacijo pacientov uničiti deset let po smrti pacienta, po tem roku pa se lahko hranijo le podatki za potrebe znanstvenih raziskav. Opozorila je tudi, da morajo pred uničenjem dokumentacije poklicati strokovnjaki iz Arhiva Republike Slovenije, ki odberejo zgodovinsko primerno gradivo.
