Tax on dogs in Poland - its like this(these are live things and not real estate/cars lol) and what needs to be done

Proposing new law for Poland concerning dogs :p

Tax on dogs yes unless those are adapted from shelters. If adapted from shelters, dogs should be tax free for the rest of their lives. How about that ?

+ money spent on tax should offer owners free vaccinations etc. No country in the world has taxation on ownership of dogs. It is discrimination against particular species of animals - in this case oldest human friend.

I deem law to be insensitive toward dogs and potentially their great owners.

I do increase penalties for people which are misusing ownership of dogs for whatever purposes - you may return one to shelter if you like(if abused or tortured even jail), but in this case you do pay alimony for wrong decision to obtain one unless in financial issues of some kind. Alimony till dog is adapted by another owner.

Puppies are certainly most beautiful, but adoption of abandoned dog is most rewardable. I would never get young puppy - would instead adapt older abandoned whatever mixture dog.

TAX SHOULD BE IMPOSED ON OWNERS SEEKING PURE DOG RACES IF ANYTHING. LET THEM PAY FOR THEIR SPECIAL PREFERENCES WHICH ARE MORE IMPORTANT TO THEM THAN SUFFERING OF BEAUTIFUL ABANDONED ANIMAL.
