So many(tens of millions) people on MKULTRA and so many killed left and right, but nobody ask him/herself publicly

Have you ever heard(a single time) a law enforcement officer or main stream media's TV anchor ask(mention) him/herself about the possibility of a suspect being involved in government MKULTRA program !!?????
