Marshall Plan should now be called "European Plan" for Ukraine
First of all, Marshall Plan plan was "American"(in reality anti-American as AmeroGerman elites who caused WWII, have with financial capital in post WWII immediately regained lost German NEONAZI control in Europe by injecting not only waste amounts of money in one, but foremost latest technology which is worth much more than $$$ - AntiAmerican because lost American lives for freedom in WWII were wasted by American elites almost instantly as a consequence of such actions) economic imperialism control over Western Europe(and not as Wikipedia states "attempt to gain control", but really was/is imperialist control of entire Europe to which we witness today in 2017 more than we ever did - yeah did British and French obtained more money from US quantity wise than what Germany and Italy did yeah sure, but this could never ever compare with amount of technology that American NEONAZI criminal imperialist elites who financed WWII, have invested again in Germany in post WWII period). And because of this American elites, we have today again already almost identical situation to which we have witnessed in pre-WWII period - except that this time Great Britain and France are also hijacked by AmeroGerman NEONAZI politicians(MACRON and Buckingham Palace) and are as a result of such politics, both collaborating in NEONAZISM against Russia(harassing/insulting/spitting/bullying Russians with Russian WWII victory and demanding from one to even join NEONAZI club to exterminate blacks and other non whites).
It is a catastrophic situation and the worst part is that Russia invested EVERYTHING in one single politician whose name is Vladimir Putin.
