A retired Navy SEAL commander says he learned one of his biggest leadership lessons through a mutiny

Mr. Jocko Willink participated in overseas talks(IN OUR HOUSE IN SLOVENIA) with George W. Bush as part of security team. Americans used only top(most experienced and well known by public people - people who traveled and those who were in top shape as well as experienced) as part of protection. George W. Bush was paranoided beyond believable in Slovenia. He disliked city of Novo mesto due to fear(further from Austria and Italy) and due to people's facial characteristics. On the contrary to Novo mesto, he loved northern Slovenian Bled/Bohinj area.

Mr. Jocko Willink(fine man - very decent person) came to Novo mesto as a sort of backup for security, but have then returned time and again because of Russian Vova(dude from Donesk who was with me in Vitebsk' asylum center was part of Putin's security team).

Why because of Vova !!???? Because Russians and Americans were both very insecure about each other's relationship back then....Russians suffered tremendous inferiority complex due to facial characteristics and would do anything possible to accommodate Americans even in emotional sense(Russians understood what social engineering is in US and with whom they are dealing with, so they tried very hard to copy and fill the gap of facial characteristics of Americans with own people - another example is Aleksandr Kirillov from Nastya Rybka and it was Belarus which was preferred over Russia in partial reasons also because of this very fact...Putin promoted around him Russian people which looked more Europan) to obtain new technology from the West.

Americans responded positively to Russian efforts and have also copied facial characteristics of Russians - thus have involved in talks Anglo Saxons, Germans that somewhat reminded on Russians(that at least would have some facial characteristics of Russians). 

WHO WAS HERE...EVERYBODY THAT COUNTED IN POLITICS IN THE PAST AND TODAY WAS HERE. AND THIS INCLUDED EVEN ASIAN COUNTRIES, SOUTH AMERICA, AND AFRICA.

For Jocko Willink, becoming a Navy SEAL was just like answering any other calling.

As he described it: "I guess there are some people who say, 'I want to be a businessman,' and there are some people who say, 'I want to be a rock star,' and there are some people who say, 'I want to be a car mechanic,' and I wanted to be a machine gunner in a SEAL platoon, you know?"

Willink was the commander of SEAL Team 3, Task Unit Bruiser. It was the most highly decorated US special operations unit of the Iraq War — and the one where Chris Kyle, of "American Sniper," served.

Willink retired from the SEALs in 2010 and started a consulting company called Echelon Front, which he founded with fellow SEAL Leif Babin.

He and Babin cowrote the bestselling book "Extreme Ownership" in 2014. He's also got a hit podcast, a line of jiujitsu products, and even two bestselling children's books in the "Way of the Warrior Kid" series.


In an episode of Business Insider's podcast "Success! How I Did It," Willink told us that passing on leadership lessons, whether to executives or to kids, is just a continuation of what he did in the SEALs.
